Data collected and purposes

This site has no user accounts, no online payment and no advertising tracking. The only personal data collected is what you voluntarily provide.

• Tailored assessment request — name, company, phone, email and questionnaire answers. Purpose: to respond to your request and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Direct contact — the details you send us by email or phone, for the same purposes.
• Technical data — connection logs generated by the host (IP address, timestamp, browser) for security purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

The assessment form opens your email client: the information entered is sent by email and is not stored on this site.

Recipients

Your data is intended for authorised ZVS personnel. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by our technical providers acting as processors, in particular the site host and our email provider, under commitments compliant with Article 28 GDPR.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some technical providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR. Write to us for details.

Retention periods

• Commercial enquiries with no follow-up: 3 years from the last contact.
• Contractual relationships: for the term of the contract, then retained under applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• Technical logs: period defined by the host, for security purposes.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may exercise them by writing to info@zencolinevending.com, providing proof of identity.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — www.aepd.es .

In accordance with Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, this site only uses cookies and storage technologies strictly necessary for it to function — notably remembering your consent choice and your language. These are exempt from prior consent.
