1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the Zencoline Vending Solution ("ZVS") website. Browsing the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Access

The site is freely accessible. Connection and equipment costs remain the responsibility of the user. ZVS may suspend access, in particular for maintenance or security, without such interruption giving rise to compensation.

3. Intended audience

The site is aimed at professionals — venues that could host a ZVS vending solution. It is not an offer of sale to consumers and does not allow online orders.

4. Status of information and simulations

The simulator and questionnaire provide an estimate based on ZVS commercial assumptions. Simulations are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of income.

No information published on this site constitutes a contractual offer. Final partnership terms, including revenue share rates and commitment periods, are defined exclusively in the agreement signed between the parties.

5. Permitted use

• do not impair the operation, integrity or security of the site;
• do not extract or reproduce all or part of the content for commercial purposes without written authorisation;
• do not use automated scraping or mass data collection methods;
• do not submit false or unlawful information, or information infringing third-party rights, through the forms.

6. Intellectual property and data

All site content is protected; the terms are set out in the legal notice. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

7. Liability

ZVS shall not be liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site, nor for its temporary unavailability. Users remain responsible for the security of their own equipment.

8. Changes

ZVS may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of browsing.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Spanish courts.
